It's All About Service

My introduction to real estate came when I was 7 years old and I spent weekends with my grandmother who was a realtor. Going on listing appointments and sitting open houses with her where always and adventure and I she told me I was a great junior assistant. 

I decided in 2003 to became licensed in Florida. I loved following in her footsteps. My husband and I moved five times for his work before we moved back to Texas where I became licensed in 2015. 

I still remember what my grandmother told in the 1970s as to why she was a real estate agent. She said real estate is about professionally serving every client and that any agent who had the privilege to assist a client in a transaction should consider themselves very lucky.  I agree 100%. Although the tools used in the real estate industry have changed, the duty to serve a client has not.

In addition to helping many clients with their residential needs over the past 20 years, I also have a background in farm and ranch real estate. My husband and I bought our first property in the country in 2005. We now own a 150-acre cattle ranch in East Texas. I am as comfortable showing an old dairy property in Sulphur Springs; as a condo in the State Thomas area of Uptown; to a house with an HOA in Frisco.  

I understand that any move, whether local or to a new state, can be stressful. My first-hand exposure allows me to empathize with the stresses that my clients deal with during a transaction. I know this not only because I have a real estate license, but because I have walked in those shoes.
